Camperman Campervans is a relatively new campervan hire company in Australia. Though only 5 years old, the budget camper company now has more than 100 campers on the road and is still growing.

Camperman has depots in the major cities of east coast of Australia, and is 1 out of 5 hire companies in Airlie Beach as well as the only hire company in Townsville. Though their vehicles are not brand new, the company is up front about it and clearly mentions this on their web pages.

While the oldest and cheapest vehicle is over 10 years old, it’s reliable as the vehicle is based on the sturdy Toyota Hiace. All of their vehicles can comfortably accommodate 3-5 people. Compared to other campervan hire companies, the security bond for Campervan Campervans is rather cheap.

However in a bid to offer crystal clarity in their operations, their terms and conditions have lots of specific rates for practically anything that may go wrong on the campervan and if there are changes in travel plans.

Review of Camperman Vehicles

Camperman Campervans are not new, but are clean and comfortable. Though there are no mechanical problems associated with the vehicles, there are also no chairs and table. Though you can get chairs and a table by paying additional costs for it, the chairs provided are either damaged or threadbare and the table is a battered 1950s model. However, customer service was good as their staff is friendly and helpful. If you are on a budget, and are not that particular about luxuries in life, than Camperman Campervans will be great for you.
